The forming mold is processed through a special process, which can reduce the damage of the barrel surface, ensure the roundness of the barrel, and has an ultra-high service life, which has greater advantages compared with similar domestic products.

New Green’s high-efficiency vertical corrugator breaks through the traditional old-fashioned corrugated machine’s inability to automatically change molds, use spinning technology, and are easy to scratch and deform. It adopts an advanced servo-driven lifting platform and electrical control system. At the same time, the corrugator can intelligently switch 3-5 corrugations according to production needs, adjust the height according to the process, and the production cycle can reach 12 barrels per minute, which significantly improves production efficiency.
