New Green’s new generation of punching lock flanges are equipped with vibrating disks, intelligent operating systems and other devices.The machines have automatic feeding, automatic punching, automatic detection, and automatic screening functions. The production cycle can reach12 lids per minute. 

At present, the punching lock flange provided by New Green for customers has started operation. The outlet of the vibrating plate is directly connected to the conveyor line controlled by the stepping motor. The feeding is stable, safe and efficient, and the production cycle reaches 12 lids per minute.
