New Green and Lazzero jointly developed a fully automatic helium leak detector for steel drums for the mid-section vertical intelligent drum making equipment.

The automatic steel drum helium leak detector is composed of a vacuum pump platform, a vacuum chamber, a helium mass spectrometer leak detector, an automatic workpiece transfer system and a vacuum valve group. It uses helium mass spectrometry leak detection technology to conduct air tightness tests on steel drums. The 180° magnetic deflection mass spectrometer system and tracking gas are used for the air-tightness detection of steel drums. It can be detected not only with helium gas, but also with air. It is the standard configuration of the high-speed intelligent vertical barrel-making equipment production line.

The first fully automatic steel drum helium leak detector produced by New Green has been in perfect operation for 6 months in the customer's factory, with a stable production cycle of 12 barrels per minute and a leak detection accuracy of 0.02mm.
