    Since established in May 2019, Newgreen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has been committed to the innovation and development of green technology. It has successively established the drum-making division, intelligent manufacturing division and digital factory division. Although the three business divisions have different business emphases, they complement with each other  in collaborating enterprise intelligent manufacturing with digital factory.     Through the business and technical exchanges and cooperation with European and American advanced drum-making companies in the early stage, we establish the base with trust and win-win cooperation. Through technology introduction and tireless efforts, Newgreen not only researches and improves the high-speed production line of Europe&USA and develops the low and medium speed production line that is applicable to small and medium steel drum companies.

    We have taken a solid step towards realizing our original aspiration. The operation speed of high-speed vertical drum-making equipment is from the original 720 pcs/hour, to the present 800 pcs/hour. The operation speed of medium speed vertical drum-making equipment is 600 pcs/hour and 500 pcs/hour. The operation speed of low speed drum-making equipment is 400 pcs/hour. We support the factories with annual production of 500,000 drums to 2.5 million drums. We have a complete supporting automatic equipment, such as press lids hole and flanger, lids loading and unloading with robot, revolving lids picking automatically, helium filling and automatic lids hole and flange. The whole set of equipment adopts an intelligent-controlled, stable and reliable electric drive, which not only saves energy but also protects environment.

1. Flanging Machine

It can change upper moulds automatically. There are three moulds which can be customized.

Function: multiple sets of molds switches intelligently 

Production efficient: 15 drums/minute  

Production specification: 571.5mm   

Equipment capacity: 20KW

Driven by electricity, easy to maintain, no hydraulic system and oil pollution.

Multi-station design of upper plate mold, and automatic adjustment to reduce downtime for replacement.

High-speed vertical flanging machine,improving production efficiency.

2. Beading Machine


The machine forms two normal beads or two Iso beads or three normal beads on drums with a diameter of 571.5mm; it is possible to passing from one type to another type automatically which can be selected by the operator.

Function: intelligent switch between V bead and W bead

Production efficient: 12drums/minute

Production specification: 571.5mm

Equipment capacity: 30KW

Equipment advantages

The jacking platform is driven by servo and the rib height is very accurate.

 V bead and W bead switch intelligently to improve production efficiency.

The beading mold is formed at one time to reduce damage to the drum surface and ensure the roundness of the drum.

 Special process to process the forming mold with super long service life.


3. Corrugating Machine


It can make 3 types of corrugations—W3,W4 and W5 on drums with a diameter of 571.5mm. The change of different types can be selected by operators and is completely automatic.

Function: 3-5 corrugations switch intelligently

Production efficiency: 12drums/minute

Production specification: 571.5mm

Equipment capacity: 22KW

Equipment advantages:

The jacking platform is driven by servo and the corrugation position is accurate and can be adjusted according to the process.

4. Vertical Seamer Machine


Function: seam lids and bottom cap

Production efficiency: 12 drums/min

Equipment advantages:

                Adaptive drum height adjustment to ensure the quality of seaming

                The automatic feed adjustment of the seaming wheels simplifies the adjustment process and reduces the difficulty of process

                Integrate drum body weld recognition and drum cover flange positioning functions to achieve efficient seaming

                Double cam feed power to realize more flexible process adjustment


5Lids Preroll Glue-injection Machine

Function: preroll and glue-injection

Production efficiency:18 drums/min

Production specification571.5mm

Equipment power:12KW

Equipment advantages:

        New transfer design, efficient and stable

        Improve processing efficiency by completing lid preroll and glue-injection simultaneously

        Reduce scratches on the lid surface because profile modeling fits pressure plate

        The preroll wheel has a long service life with innovative materials and processes


6. Automatic Steel Drum Helium Leak Detector

Function: detect leak for steel drums                                                          

Precision: 0.02mm (Helium)/0.2mm(air)

Production efficiency: 12 drums/min

Production specification: 560mm/571.5mm

Equipment power: 52KW

Equipment Advantages:

           detect the size of drum body automatically to make the operation easy

           improve detection precision with imported mass spectrometer 

           improve the detection speed stably with double chambers 

           optimize aerodynamic layout and make maintenance easy


7. Press Hole Lids and Flanger

Newgreen's new lids pressing hole and flanger is equipped with vibration plate, intelligent operating system and other devices. It performs stably and operates simply, with automatic feeding, automatic lids pressing, automatic detection, automatic screening functions. The production takt is up to 12 pieces per minute.


8. Lids Loading and Unloading with Robots


           The stacking speed can reach 14-18 pcs/ min, and the drum production line of pressing lids hole with intelligent stacking has been realized.
